- 20 Strawberries
- 20 Large White Marshmallows
- 20 Mini White Marshmallows
- Black Icing Writing Gel
- 20 Toothpicks
How To Make Easy Marshmallow and Strawberry Santas
Step 1 – Prepare The Strawberries
Wash and dry the strawberries.
Cut the stem end off all the strawberries.
Step 2 – Assemble The Marshmallow and Strawberry Christmas Santas
Slide a large white marshmallow onto a toothpick, followed by a strawberry and then a mini white marshmallow.
Repeat until you have made the number of strawberry Santas that you need.
Step 3 – Add Santa’s Face
Using a black icing writing gel draw a face onto each marshmallow Santa.
Step 4 – Enjoy!

Choose ripe strawberries for maximum sweetness ands flavour.
If you prefer a healthier version of these cute Santas then substitute a third of a banana for the marshmallow.
The icing writing gel can smudge if anything is placed on top of it. It is best to present these Santas made out of strawberries in a single layer on your plate or platter.

Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Cut the stem end off each strawberry.
- Thread a large white marshmallow, followed by a strawberry and then a mini white marshmallow onto each toothpick.
- Draw a face onto each large marshmallow.
